Michael Harris is a gifted recording artist who ministers in churches, convalescent homes, rehabilitation centers, missions, and prisons throughout the United States, Canada, Fiji, and Australia. His newest CD is titled Set Free, and is a companion to his book on his life by the same title that he co-wrote with his wife, Amber, and friend, Jim Ponder.
Harris’ interview on It Is Written titled “Crashing on Crack” aired on Trinity Broadcasting Network and various television networks. Also, “Power to Cope With Drugs and Guilt,” with Power to Cope Broadcast Ministries, New York, and the Three Angels Broadcasting Network, has been a great blessing to many.
Michael’s testimony is potent and startling. Michael was drowning in a sea of pain after a drug-induced auto accident left Amber, his wife, paralyzed from the chest down. Michael felt isolated and desperate, but God entered his life and gave Michael a rich baritone voice.
Michael does not use his talents to glorify himself. He knows that without Christ he can do nothing. His music, his testimony, and his life are dedicated to the Lord Jesus Christ, and he powerfully shares the secret of his new life through his singing and speaking.
Anyone attending a Michael Harris concert will hear the compelling story of the Christ who set him free and who continues to fill his life with abundance of joy in the Lord.
